It was a cold and rainy day...(not unlike a dark and stormy night.) I made no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies. The problem with no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies is then I do nothing but eat said cookies. Oh, my~ The baked cookies are better. I put the raw dough in the freezer and take them out two at a time to bake for fresh warm cookies that don't sit on the counter and make me eat them every time I walk passed the kitchen. I've tried covering them up, hiding them in jars. It never works. They call my name and I walk out with one in each hand and if I'm sneaky eating a third. It's wrong, I tell you just wrong.
